24-Hour Security Access System - members can access your Health Club 24/7

We cater to 24-hour access clubs by providing “one-stop-shopping” for sales, installation, and support. If you operate a 24-hour access club, we have developed a special interface that allows your proximity reader to communicate directly to our web-based application. This is done through a special IP circuit panel that connects to your front door reader. The system is completely automated requiring no manual updates or dual entry. Members can use the same card to check-in at the front desk as well. Members will automatically be granted or denied entrance to the club based on their “Account Status” in our database. The system will automatically record and track attendance as well. We have established a very unique relationship with a nationwide provider of security systems. Our complete turn-key solution can accommodate all of your security access and video surveillance requirements.


Member Check-in System

Our Member Check-in System pays for itself by stopping all past due, expired, and non-members from using the club. Now you can accurately track your member attendance and workouts with our automated check-in system. As a member scans their bar coded membership cards three things happen instantly. First, the member's photo is displayed to the computer screen for I.D. verification. The greeting screen can be customized with your club's logo. Second, their account status is checked and verified to the screen (Green Light = member is 'Active' with no problems, or Red Light = member is ‘Inactive' problem on account). Optional audio greeting is available with male or female voice. Third, the member's attendance is automatically recorded and stored in the computer. Our Check-in System is an effective way to stop those members who are inactive and try to "beat-the-system." Your staff personnel may also leave messages for members and flag them as they check-in to the club.

Membership Card Service - Health Club Cards made easy!

With our exclusive Custom Membership Card Service you only pay for the cards you need now (no large card pre-purchases required). One of the most common aggravations for many club owners is the timely processing and distribution of membership cards, and keeping the cost of this process in line. eFit Financial can handle your membership card needs economically and efficiently by printing and sending cards directly to your members, or sending them to the club for distribution. The cards contain your health club's name and logo, the member's name, enrollment date, member I.D. number, and the bar code used for check-in.


Point-of-Sale and Inventory Control Program

Our unique Point of Sale program is packed with time saving features including the convenience of members charging purchases to EFT or credit card accounts. For those clubs that sell merchandise and services (supplements, juice bar, pro shop sales, personal training packages, tanning, etc.) we have a complete web-based version point-of-sale and inventory control program for your club. You can create your own product categories and suppliers, track inventory, scan products, create UPC bar code labels, print receipts, issue refunds, and process all sales transactions. Our POS program also allows for house-charges where members have the convenience of charging items to their regular EFT or credit card membership account.


Cost-Effective Payment Processing for your Health Club

Collecting dues payments from members and maintaining a healthy, consistent cash flow is a frustrating, time-consuming and challenging task for many clubs. EFT & Credit Card Debit Processing (only 3.5% of amount collected)

We only get paid on the actual monies we collect. Our unique system boasts a 98% collection success rate. The most reliable means of collecting membership dues is to sign up as many members on EFT or credit card debits as possible. We are able to obtain 98% collection rates with our unique EFT and credit card processing system. Our service includes a full report package detailing all transactions. In the event the auto-debit is rejected, our member service department will immediately investigate and try to resolve the transaction problem quickly without any involvement by the club. Our courteous follow up includes a series of telephone calls and notices. If we are unsuccessful at getting the payment from a member you do no incur a cost from eFit, you are not charged if we do not collect. This creates a strong incentive to perform for you because we only get paid on actual monies collected.


Optional Billing (Payment Coupons & Statements)

Our Optional Billing service allows us to effectively collect the remaining payments owed on rejected memberships. For any members not on EFT or credit card or debits that are rejected from the system, we can automatically send each member a payment coupon book matching the amount and number of payments still owing. This enables eFit to enforce their payment obligation and continue to collect the remaining payments owed on their membership. The service includes setting up the member file, handling all changes and deletions to the file, posting payments, updating balances, sending late notices and other special letters, answering member correspondence, and handling incoming member calls. Our service includes a full report package detailing all transactions.


Full Collection Service For Delinquent Accounts

Our thorough Collection Service process has been adapted exclusively for maximizing health club payment collections. For any late payments or past due accounts, we will provide all outgoing telephone collection calls and friendly reminder notices through our Collection Management System. If we are unsuccessful at collecting the payment from a member, you do not incur a cost from eFit Financial. You are not charged if we do not collect.


Print "Built-in" Membership Agreement

Our unique design allows clubs to enter their membership data and print the member agreement at point-of-sale for the member to sign. The membership agreement can be customized for your club's needs. This feature eliminates the need to have pre-printed hard copy contracts made, thus eliminating another expense.


Guest and Prospect Tracking System

As an extension of the Member Check-in Program, you may also log and track your guests and prospects. This feature can help you systematically track guest usage and prospects inquiring about membership, in hopes of turning both into new sales for the club. Special reporting is provided for guest and prospect tracking.


Body Measurements and Weight Tracking

Measurement Tracking is a great way to keep members motivated and increase member retention. This program allows you to enter body measurements, body weight, fat percentage, and fat pounds for each member. You can update the body measurements as often as needed (every week, month, etc.). Members can automatically be flagged through the member check-in program when it's time for another weigh-in and body measurement. This feature allows you to print a Member Progress Report Card that you can give to your members. Performance Charts are also available to print.


Scheduler Program

Our scheduler program will allow you to schedule times and dates for various activities such as fitness classes, personal training sessions, and court times. Each activity can be customized to its specific needs, such as personal trainer availability or a class maximum capacity of people allowed.


Session Tracking

Ideal for clubs selling service and class packages. For those clubs that sell service packages or punch cards for such things as personal training, tanning, yoga, etc., our Club Advantage program can track each session. This works in conjunction with the Member Check-in program by decreasing the number of sessions remaining when a member checks into the club. Special reporting is provided for session usage.

Side Kick Guest Pass Program – With each new member that joins your club, we can automatically send them guest passes so they can personally give them to friends and family. Welcome Card Mailings – With each new member that joins your club, we can automatically send them a Welcome Card. This is a great way to welcome your new member to your fitness family! A custom message can be added to the back of the card.

Birthday Card Mailings – We can send out a birthday card to each member on the club's behalf, just prior to their birthday. This feature is a nice personal touch adding to your member service and helps increase your member retention. A custom message can be added to the back of the card.

We Miss You Mailings – We can send out a We Miss You card to members that have not attended your club for a specified time. This feature is a great way to let your member know you are concerned about their fitness program and would like them back in the club. If your member attends on a regular basis they are more likely to maintain results and make payments. A custom message can be added to the back of the card.

Membership Renewal Notice Service – Renewal sales and renewal profits are an integral part of any successful club business plan. We can process your renewal notices, saving you time and expense, reaching all of your members regardless of whether they are currently attending or not. Our eFit renewal service includes renewal form, envelop with first class postage, and special renewal reports. Renewal reports provide the names and telephone numbers of all members that have been sent a renewal notice along with a follow-up report listing only those members who did not renew, which is ideal for staff telephone follow-up.


Cash (Paid-in-Full) Tracking

Tracking cash sales is easier than you think. Tracking your cash sales is often difficult for club owners. eFit Financial can track and store your paid-in-full memberships as part of your regular club reporting. Entering your PIF accounts allows eFit to print & send a membership card, send a renewal notice 30 days prior to expiration, and display their member record to the club management computer system. To have us track your cash sales, simply enter all of your PIF accounts into the system.


Time Sheet Application

The time sheet application is a tracking program for managing and tracking time and attendance for employee or club personal. Features include, time clock and management review options with approval and submission . Employees have the ability to manually enter hours worked or as an option, record time through an automated time clock system. Employee time cards or identification cards can be generated for tracking purposes.


PC Hardware Purchase

All the hardware you need. We have partnered with a nationwide provider of computer hardware. If your club does not currently have a computer, or if you need to upgrade your existing computer, we can refer you to our recommended hardware vendor. They can provide your club with the appropriate computer and/or all other optional components needed to operate our club management system.
